File>Print

This command prints the entire PASSPORT screen or a selected area of the screen to a printer. This command brings up the standard Windows Print dialog box before performing the print operation. This provides the ability to change the printer or printer settings before printing.

For PASSPORT PC TO HOST:

If you do not wish the standard print dialog box to appear before performing the print operation, the File>Options dialog box has an option to disable the print dialog box from appearing. The Prompt for Printer Settings may be enabled or disabled.

For PASSPORT WEB TO HOST:

The standard print dialog box normally appears before performing the print screen operation. This option is configured by your administrator. If you use the Print Screen icon on the toolbar the screen will print without the dialog box prompt.
