Language
Select the correct keyboard language layout for your country. This selection
affects where certain text characters are located on the keyboard and
which dead keys are available. If a custom keyboard is selected, this
option will be disabled and the language specified in the custom keyboard
file will be used.
Select Keyboard Map
PASSPORT provides its own TN3270, TN5250, VT, SCO ANSI and WYSE-60 keyboard
maps, as well as keyboard maps for other popular terminal emulation packages.
This setting affects where the host keys, such as Enter or PF1, are located
on the keyboard. Select any of the following:

Customize... Button
Use this button to create a custom keyboard map. When this button is pressed,
the Customize Keyboard Editor
dialog box is displayed.
Browse... Button
To select a custom keyboard map that has been previously defined, use this
button to locate a custom keyboard file. Keyboard map files have the .zkb
file extension. Also, custom keyboard files should be used for the emulation
type it was created for.
Type Ahead
If enabled, PASSPORT buffers all keystrokes that are typed while the emulator
is in the X Clock or X
System wait condition. Once the wait condition goes away, PASSPORT
then processes the keys that were buffered. The type ahead buffer is large
enough to hold 256 keys. If this option is disabled, PASSPORT discards
keystrokes that are typed while the emulator is in the wait condition.
Auto-Repeat for AID keys
When enabled, this option allows the user to hold AID keys in order to
repeat them. If this option is disabled, the user must press the AID key,
release, then press again to repeat.
