"Invalid license code."
Description:

The license code you have entered is not valid.

Solution:
  1. Make sure that everything is entered correctly.  The best thing to do would be to copy and paste the license code from your email to the License Code field.

  2. License codes are version specific. Make sure the software being installed is the same version as the license code received from Rocket Software.

  3. If you have an existing evaluation copy installed on your PC, or an evaluation copy that has expired on your PC, you must request a new license code.  The license code that was emailed to you at the time of download will not work in this situation.

  3. If you are a subscription customer, you may be attempting to enter a subscription license code that has already expired. Contact Your System Administrator to obtain a valid, non-expired license code.

  4. If the code is not expired, this error may still occur if the date on the workstation has been rolled forward. In this case the date on the workstation should be set to the current date.
